Going back to about 2nd grade I knew I had some OCD tendencies (I didn’t know it was called OCD back then). I thought that was just the way I was. I have noticed different things through the years and just laughed them off as being a bit quirky. A few years ago sitting around a holiday gathering with family, many of my siblings shared some of their OCD characteristics and we all got a good laugh at some of our silly habits….no harm no foul. They are just silly tendencies right?
It wasn’t until a few months ago that I realized my OCD issues were causing issues in my life. My wife lovingly but directly asked if I thought my OCD issues affected my everyday life. I responded that I recognized them as part of my life but that they did NOT affect my daily life. She disagreed and gave some specific examples of how she thought they were not only affecting my life, but the lives of those around me. Not only could I not remember the examples she spoke of, I COULD NOT SEE HOW THEY WERE NEGATIVELY AFFECTING THOSE AROUND ME.
I decided to go see Cache Christensen at Illume Integration.….I NOW CAN SEE and UNDERSTAND how my OCD issues were negatively impacting others. The biggest issue was that at times, I was not able to see things from another’s perspective. …Not because I didn’t want to, but because I COULDN’T. I like to plan and I think things should be done a certain way. If things didn’t go according to plan or go the way I thought they should, then it was someone’s FAULT because it wasn’t done the way that I thought it should have been done. If things weren’t done in a certain order then is was wrong, even if the order didn’t really matter. As a result of my thought processes, I was often frustrated, short tempered, I lacked patience, I could be quite critical and often lacked the ability to see how these characteristics affected those around me - especially my family.
After going through my treatment with Cache, I immediately began to see situations in a new perspective - I was happier. I was more patient. I had more understanding of the situations I was in and was able to start seeing things from others’ points of view. Brain integration has made a huge difference in my life, especially at home. My wife and kids have noticed these changes and they are making such a positive impact on my family. The “unlocked” abilities have made my life so much more enjoyable. I am a better person. I listen better. I’m not as stressed because I can let things go that really don’t matter. My belief in myself has improved because I look at things more positively. I am grateful I participated in this treatment. It has made a tremendous difference to me and my family. Thank you Cache!

After the brain integration I observed immediate differences in my son's behavior. He was more engaged when talking to others and actually looked like he was listening and focused on the discussions. I also noticed he was less argumentative and disrespectful at home and instead more patient and sweet. I observed his nail biting habits lessening. He said, "I don't feel as stressed in school or when I play baseball...and it's like I can think more clearly"

I have always struggled with homework and staying focused and motivated, but after the Brain Integration, I have been able to focus a lot easier and longer. One thing that I noticed is that I can let things go easier. Everyone makes mistakes, but I now have the ability to let things go. I can listen to people easier without interrupting them or jumping from subject to subject. I started dating who is now my fiancée after the Integration, and it is so much easier to listen without jumping in. Nearly all my family has had this done, and it has helped my family be calmer while still being ourselves.
After I completed the brain integration I noticed I felt more at peace and less anxious. My racing thoughts were gone! I could actually concentrate better at work. It was as if my brain was stuck on the fast-forward button and then it clicked onto the play button...finally a normal setting! My surroundings seemed more quiet allowing me to take it all in at a slower pace.
